Delete your ATLAS account and data
ATLAS, operated by AtlasMove Technologies Inc., lets you permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it. You can request deletion directly inside the app or by contacting us. This page explains the procedure and what data is deleted versus retained.
In the app
- 01Open the ATLAS app.
- 02Go to Profile / Settings.
- 03Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
Your account and personal data are permanently deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email hello@atla.business from your registered email address. We will delete your account within 30 days of receiving your request.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal data, including:
- ✓Name
- ✓Email address
- ✓Phone number
- ✓Profile photo
- ✓Password and login credentials
- ✓For delivery partners: ID, license and vehicle documents and numbers
What is retained
Anonymized order, trip and payment records are retained for as long as required by applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations. These records are no longer linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you.
